Strange head marking in Japan fasteners
As a one of Japan fastener export specialists, we know many
fasteners in Japan should not,,,,,, can not export due to head marking problems.
JIS B 1180 Hex head bolt
Some hex bolt head markings do not follow the marking standard of ISO.
And most of 4.8 hex head bold does not have bearing surface.
How about them in stainless steel A2 and A4.
Neary no ISO head marking systems.
In Japan, we do not use A2. We often use 304.
Same as in A4. We call 316, not A4.
JIS B 1181 Hex nuts
popular stock item is single chamfer nut.
No Cl.8, 10, 12 nuts, just S45C (material of nuts)
No marking
Stainless steel nuts:
Some nut markings are 304, just A2, 316, A4 ,,,,,,
